The Group

Corporate responsibility and ethics

As an industrial player, we have both the responsibility and the opportunity to influence our environment, our employees, our customers, our suppliers and the communities where we operate.

OSE Group has been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact since 2017, promotes the UN Sustainable Development Goals and complies with the principles of the Declaration of Human Rights.

Our corporate responsibility policy, revised yearly by the executive committee, rests on four commitments. Each one carries objectives measured internally, which we report to customers and partners on request.

Our four commitments

01

People and human rights

No form of discrimination, harassment or illegal work is tolerated. Health and safety, working conditions, careers and training are discussed with the works council, and we measure equality and workplace safety every year.

02

Respect for the environment

We design modular, reusable processes that limit the environmental impact of our customers as well as our own. Energy efficiency, waste reduction and recycling guide our operations, down to the packaging of parts received in our workshops.

03

Ethics and business conduct

Suppliers are selected through calls for tender, under European competition law, and any formal or informal agreement with a competitor is forbidden. Our teams are trained on anti-competitive practices and corruption risk, and an ethics charter binds us to our partners.

04

Responsible purchasing

We require our suppliers to be transparent about the origin of raw materials, production conditions and environmental impact. Our suppliers sign our code of conduct, and we favour small and medium businesses as well as companies based in France.
